Argonautika by Mary Zimmerman
"Argonautika" is Mary Zimmerman's re-telling of the story of the search for the Golden Fleece by Jason and his Argonauts. The ensemble cast plays multiple roles as they create the encounters with ruthless kings and supernatural or mythic obstacles along the way.
Various Deities intervene along the journey as Jason meets his destiny.
Advanced drama students design as well as act in the production. Directed by Susan Brashear, CTE/ TAM drama teacher and choreographed by Iu Hui Chua.
DATES: October 5-9 @ 7:00 PM at Tamalpais High School in Mill Valley.
