Coastal Winds & The Brass Quintet
Join oboist Daniel Celidor , John Lounsberry (French Horn) and seven other chamber performers for an afternoon featuring woodwind and brass quintets. Daniel Celidore attended Oberlin Conservatory and Sonoma State University. He is a founding member of Nota Bene and the Coastal Winds. He is adjunct oboe instructor for Santa Rosa Junior College, and Sonoma State University. and recently appeared as soloist with the American Philharmonic, the St Helena Chamber Singers, and in performances with Nota Bene and the Coastal Winds. John Lounsbery graduated from Juilliard. He was formerly a member of the Milwaukee Symphony (67-02) and New Haven Symphony (65-67) as principal horn. He played the world premiere of the David Amram Horn Concerto as well as many solos and concertos with the Milwaukee Symphony Chamber Orchestra. Locally, he has played with the American Philharmonic and is currently on the faculty (as horn instructor) at Santa Rosa Junior College.
