So, you've got tequila in the cabinet and you're wondering what to do with it? A margarita sounds like just the thing! What's that? You don't know how to make one? No worrieswe've got you covered. Join us for Margarita 101 at El Taco on Tuesday, March 6, when our expert bartenders will show you, step-by-step, how to create a classic sour mix and how to use it to make tart, sweet and spicy variations of the perfect margarita. Of course, ample tastes of each are included. We'll have plenty of queso blanco, "just-crushed" guacamole, salsa and crispy chips to nibble on, too.
