SETTING
Renowned architects Marston, Van Pelt and Maybury originally named this Italianate estate Casa Contenta"the happy home." Built in 1922 and restored in 2015, this stately residence is rich in architectural detail and character and exudes Mediterranean charm. The home features a grand entry hall with boxed beamed high ceilings, arched French doors and large windows that frame garden vistas, and a loggia adjoining a sprawling lawn. It is a serene setting for a Sunday afternoon concert and reception. The property is owned by Mr. Spencer Tien.
