Many design professionals think of mechanics' and materialmens' liens as tools for contractors to force payment. Under Tennessee law,
most lien rights are available to architects and engineers as well. In this seminar, we will cover the basics of lien law including how to structure your contracts to support liens, required notices and time frames, and avoiding common pitfalls.
