Craft and Draft (Fall 2015)
Craft beverages are booming in Columbus and not just as barrels of beer. This tour showcases cider, mead, gin and bourbon as well as a flight of award winning craft beers. We visit Mad Moon Cider, Brothers Drake Meadery and Watershed Distillery to learn about how they make their signature drinks. The tour begins at Wolf's Ridge Brewing which is an award winning restaurant and brewery where we will discuss craft beer, barrel aging and food and beer pairing. Throughout the tour we will meet with owners, brewers, distillers, and craftspeople that are putting Columbus on the artisan beverage map.
