Chefs Bernardo and Steve are excited to celebrate Replay's opening with the community and look forward to sharing their opening dinner menu flavors with the cocktail inspiration from Elixir's lead mixologist, Vlad's Novikov.

6:45pm Second Course
Food: Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho - Our Summer Blend garnished with Sweet Watermelon, Mint Herb Oil, Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes, and Feta Cheese
Drink: Decadence - Angel's Envy, RTC Magnolia Oolong Shrub, Chardonnay

7:00pm Third Course
Food: Skuna Bay Salmon - Squash Succotash, Corn Nage, Shoestring Potatoes
Drink: Old Fashioned Envy - Angel's Envy, Port-ginger Syrup, Bitter Queens Tobacco Bitters, Orange

7:30pm Fourth Course
Food: Goat's Milk Cheese Cake: Graham Cracker Crust, Bourbon Peaches, Brown Butter Caramel
