Log: From writer/director Alison Bagnall (BUFFALO 66, PIGGIE) comes the poignant comedy THE DISH & THE SPOON. Greta Gerwig stars as Rose, a woman descending into an emotional tailspin after her husband admits to an affair. Hell-bent on revenge, she drives to a boarded-up Delaware beach town to hunt down the other woman. Instead, she discovers a stranded British teenage boy and the mismatched pair stumble through a series of adventures that build towards an unconventional romance in this funny and raw film.
Preceded by Sundance Film Festival short film competition entry, UNA HORA POR FAVORA (13min) written and directed by Jill Soloway, produced by Mary Pat Bentel (The Lie) and starring Wilmer Valderrama as a day laborer and the fabulous Michaela Watkins as the woman who picks him up for 'una hora'. Soloway's an established and hilarious tv/film writer and author of Tiny Ladies in Shiny Pants. Jill Soloway as well as other members of the production team will be in attendance.
