The Bee: True Stories from the Hive "The Here & Hereafter"
*** SOLD OUT! THANKYOU SLC! If you missed out and you're feeling lucky, you can show up the night of the show and wait at the door until stories begin. At that time, we can let in as many guests as we have no shows! No guarantees! ***
Join us for an evening of lovingly competitive storytelling! Ten storytellers picked at random from a hat have five minutes each to tell a true tale on the theme of the night without notes.
Bring your friends. Have a drink. Laugh. Cry. Bee entertained.
The theme of the night is "The Here & Hereafter"
True stories of birth, life, death, faith, love, grief, and crossing over to the other side.
Saturday, October 10th at The Leonardo on Library Square.
Doors & Bar open at 6pm. Stories at 7pm. Tickets $7 in advance / $10 day of show. 18+ event. Libations for 21+. Bring ID.
Small Bites from Salt Bistro & Musical Guest Soren Charles Green will play before stories and during intermission.
** We have seating for about 3/4 of our guests. If you need to sit or simply just want to make sure you can, come on the early side to snag a spot! **
Library Square is right near a TRAX stop, and plenty of bike parking is available. Car parking is available in the underground lot below Library Square, or find metered parking on the street - consider carpooling!
Co-hosted by Giuliana Serena & Francesca Rosa.
Have a story to tell? We want to hear it! Write to us at thebeeslc@gmail.com to put your name in the hat. The night of the show we pull ten names. If we call your name, you tell your story. It's that simple.
