The David Landon Band with Steve Evans, Tony Stead and Ernest "Boom" Carter will be performing both electric blues and acoustic Americana tunes from Landon's extensive original repertoire.

Singer, Songwriter and guitarist David Landon brings over 20 years of experience from the stage and studio to every note he plays. In the early days of David's professional career (circa 1990), David lived and performed in Paris, France where he was a steady fixture in the European club and festival circuit playing over 250 dates a year. Though life in Paris was truly wonderful for the American ex-pat / musician, David wished for something greater then the regional success he had achieved abroad and so he returned to the US in 1995 to further pursue his musical vision.
Since his return to the US David has released 5 solo c.d.s and has played on countless recording sessions. He has also performed in a multitude of venues across the US. In that time, Landon has also produced, performed and collaborated with many notable musicians such as Lenny Williams, Kenny Neal, Melvin Seals, Earl Thomas and Deacon Jones, to name just a few.
Now based in the San Francisco Bay Area, David continues to tour and perform and has played numerous festivals including The Monterey Bay Blues Festival, The Delta Blues Festival, The SF North Beach Festival and many others.
Today David Landon is delighted to have finally assembled his "dream band" of music industry veterans who share years of experience and a love of making great music. Virtuoso B3 player and keyboardist Tony Stead has played with some of the biggest names in blues and roots music. Bassist Steve Evans has been playing professionally for over 30 years and in that time has been on countless hit records and has toured the world many times with a virtual who's who of blues artists. Drummer Randy Hayes is a powerful and exciting player and is also a soulful singer and is the primary backing vocalist in the band.
Individually each member is considered a "monster" by fans, critics and fellow musicians alike. Together they bring a truly unique experience to the stage that absolutely exemplifies the saying that " the whole is greater than the sum of the parts." After experiencing just one David Landon Band performance every listener will instantly be transformed to the status of "true believer".
