Multimedia Fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity of Hudson County
The multimedia show, produced Unpainted Emporium Productions, LLC will feature live music scores to the 1903 original version of "Alice in Wonderland" and two other early 1900s silent films, performed by The Smoove Sailors, a Jersey City-based band led by Dane Johnson. The show will also include original travel videos shot locally, and in Sweden and India by Pontus Gunve, also from Jersey City, and a regular performer at Art House and downtown music and art events (festivals). The show will be held at Art House Productions, on Friday, March 23, and starts at 8pm. Tickets are $15 in advance, and $20 the day of the show; all proceeds will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Hudson County.
