the ATARIS, creating words and sounds in the basements and dive bars of the world, while young souls pile into the microphone and spill beer into my effects pedals. Honest music, chock full of beautiful mistakes, played loud, recorded to analog tape. The Ataris are hitting the road this month for their first full band tour since October of 2010. Kristopher says that after the trek they will finish up vocals for their new album "The Graveyard of the Atlantic" which will be out on the Gainesville, FL label Paper + Plastick later in 2012. The GO REFLEX includes Bob Hoag & Kevin Scanlon from the now defunct band Pollen (Fueled By Ramen/Grass Records). Hoag also plays drums for power-pop/garage group The Breakup Society, as well as producing their records. He currently runs Flying Blanket Recording in Mesa, Arizona. SIC WAITING have been at it for over a decade now and show no signs of stopping. Southern California's SIC WAITING have put themselves back on the map with their latest release Anchors Astray. After years of touring in support of their previous release Your Name in Lights, playing all over the western United States with the likes of the Vandals, Ignite, Strung Out, A Wilhelm Scream, Pepper, Death by Stereo, H20 and many more, the band has regrouped and reestablished their position in today's punk scene. Faster and more aggressive than their previous release, Anchors Astray sees SIC WAITING expanding their musical influence to genres from metal to acoustic to the punk rock that earned them their reputation as one of the most durable and determined bands in the scene today..
