Politics & Prose and Sixth & I Present Yotam Ottolenghi and Ramael Scully
The phenomenal success of chef Yottam Ottolenghi comes as no surprise to anyone who has eaten at one of his establishments or been rewarded with the results of a recipe from one of his bestselling and award-winning cookbooks. His third book, "Jerusalem", was named Cookbook of the Year by the International Association of Culinary Professionals and Best International Cookbook by the James Beard Foundation. His new book, "Nopi", is co-written with Ramael Scully, head chef at Ottolenghi's latest restaurant of the same name. Nopi: The Cookbook continues the dedication to sustainable ingredients, to recipes with a Mediterranean influence, and to the creation of food that's "full of harmonious contradictions beautiful to look at yet close to its original formsimple yet daring." Yottam Ottolenghi and Ramael Scully will be in conversation with Atlantic national correspondent, Jeffrey Goldberg.
