The Stowaway Sessions 6 on the Virginia V by M-bibe Featuring Tekla Waterfield, Devin Sinha and Jaspar Lepak
M-bibe presents the 6th Stowaway Sessions, an ongoing concert series aboard the historic S.S. Virginia V, a beautiful steamship from the Mosquito Fleet era. Our 6th Session will feature Tekla Waterfield, Devin Sinha, and Jaspar Lepak - in a songwriter-in-the-round style. The vessel will remain dockside, allowing folks to come and go as they choose.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS:
Tekla Waterfield (http://www.teklawaterfield.com/)
Seattle based singer/songwriter Tekla Waterfield calls on a wide range of influences, including folk, country, rock and soul, fitting neatly into the wider genre of Alt-Country or Americana. With many years of choral singing and classical training under her belt, Tekla's vocals are at once smooth and angelic, emotive and raw. Her songs explore universal life themes of love and love lost, travel and change, family, poverty and searching for a sense of home and belonging.
Devin Sinha (http://www.devinsinha.com/)
Devin Sinha is a singer/songwriter living in Seattle, hailing from Midwestern roots as he spent most of his life around Kansas City. His style is primarily acoustic indie/folk, mixing autobiographical flavors into his fiction of poetry and music. His first album, The Albatross, was self-released in December 2013. Devin continues to perform around the country, playing at events such as The Outlaw Roadshow at SXSW, the Seattle Rock n Roll Marathon, and the upcoming Seattle Acoustic Festival. His new album, The Seventh Season, is available now.
Jaspar Lepak (http://www.jasparlepak.com/)
Jaspar Lepak (pronounced JAS-per LEE-pack) is a folk/Americana songstress whose remarkable gift for melody is only surpassed by her poetry. A child of the Sonoran Desert, her songs are deeply influenced by the many places she has called home: Tucson, Minneapolis, Durban (South Africa), and currently Seattle. Sweeping across landscapes with an emotional depth that is extraordinary, her lyrics expose a brave vulnerability while her clear, pure voice touches the heart. "you'll find more than enough beauty and original charm to make you a fan." ~ Rolling Stone South Africa
