Alasdair Fraser & Natalie Haas
"  you would think they'd been playing together for centuries. While his fiddle dances, her cello throbs darkly or plucks puckishly. Then [Haas] opens her cello's throat, joining Fraser in soaring sustains, windswept refrains, and sudden, jazzy explosions. Their sound is as urbane as a Manhattan midnight, and as wild as a Clakmannan [Scotland] winter."
Boston Globe

"Fraser, one of the most respected of all exponents of the Scots fiddle, would look long and hard to find a more appropriate cellist as a partner. Haas can switch just as effortlessly as Fraser from a gentle singing tone to driving, dancing melody. A positive joy."

Q&A

Question: Hi Maria, Thanks so much for bringing these incredible musicians to the area. I haven't attended a play or concert at the Playhouse yet. Is this assigned seating, or a first come seating? Thanks, Lani Evans
Answer: Hi, Lani... It's general admission, first-come first-served seating. The lobby opens at 6:30pm, and the seating area opens at 7pm. Thanks!

Question: Can I buy tickets in advance (if so, how) and do you accept credit cards?
Answer: Advance tickets are available here, using Paypal.

Question: I would really love to attend this event, but my kids have a dance practice that would likely cause them to be a few minutes late. Would they be allowed in, and would this be rude to the musicians?
Answer: It would be totally fine. Please don't worry. See you there.
