You Don't Have To Leave But You Can't Stay Here is a new two person clown show, both laugh-inducing and touching, about the lengths we go to ignore the uncomfortable truths of life and the problems that creates. When two itinerant, impeccably dressed clowns find themselves caught in the path of a colossal storm they find a temporary home. But when they wake in the morning, one decides enough is enough turning the home from transient to permanent. Overwhelmed by the world, he seals he himself in a little sanctuary of his own creation and closes the door on his only friend. The other clown decides it is best to continue and moves on without his companion. Now they must weather the consequences of their choices alone.
