CNU Cascadia Vancouver Summit 2015: The Business of Northwest New Urbanism + Bridging Sustainability & Aboriginal Values

Day-of-Event Registration Registration will be available at the door on Friday and Saturday, with payment by check or cash (we will not be able to process credit cards).
Summit Schedule Friday, November 6th Walking Tours + Networking Evening Attendees can sign up for one of two sets of walking tours (stream A or stream B), each of which consisting of three consecutive tours. Time has been allocated for stops at local brewery pubs between tours. Tour start and end points can be easily reached on foot or by public transit from the Summit venues.
Note: Delegates may choose Walking Tour Stream A or B, but not mix and match as the individual tours are not within walking proximity. The Walking Tours have been packaged for logistics.
An evening cocktail networking reception at the Bill Reid Gallery will follow, with a keynote speaker and a Pecha Kucha by business and community leaders.
Saturday, November 7th Urban Design + First Nations Keynote Panels Keynote panels and PowerPoints will be presented as well as a Grande Finale of an Urban Designers' Pecha Kucha.
Sunday, November 8th CNU Cascadia AGM + Elections-Open Business Meeting
Summit Overview Sharpen the pencils and let's get down to the business of building more walkable, healthy, vibrant, economically thriving green neighbourhoods in the Pacific Northwest. CNU-C, as an advocate for pedestrian-oriented, sustainable urban design, is "growing the tent" to include those with "skin in the game".
Who Should Attend? Developers, realtors, BIAs, community economic development consultants, urban designers, municipal planners, engineers, health officials, transportation planners, mortgage brokers, First Nations, planning commissioners, elected officials, mayors, small business owners, citizen advocates, architects, landscape architects, and others.
About the Host Congress for the New Urbanism-Cascadia (CNU-C) is a regional chapter of the Congress for the New Urbanism (CNU) that serves the bioregion of Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia.

CNU members and Presenters will be sent a code for the discount rate of $150.00. Presenters have a discounted rate until September 29th. Keynote and Panel Speakers will receive an access code. Please type in the code to access your registration.
An Early Bird discounted rate is available until October 14.
Locavore Eating As the main venue is close to the Granville Island Farmers' Market, it is easy to pick up all your meals. Meals have not been provided to keep Summit costs down.
