Mozart Requiem a la Czerny
The great Romantic era Czech pianist and composer Carl Czerny (1791-1857) made a reputedly difficult 4-hand piano arrangement of the Mozart Requiem that had been lost for 200 years. This manuscript was recently rediscovered in Slovakia, and will receive its Denver-area premiere by twelve St. Martin's singers and soloists, and two pianists, Tamara Goldstein and Mutsumi Moteki.
