2015 Wedge Escondido Artisanal Cheese Festival
The Wedge Escondido Cheese Festival celebrates the outstanding artisanal cheeses made by award winning California creameries, and pairs them with San Diego and California-based craft beers and wines.
Artisanal Cheese Tastings are held inside 21 shops and restaurants along Escondido's 127 year old Grand Ave and feature a sample of a top cheese, or a cheese-forward "bite" prepared by local chefs, paired with taste of a regionally produced wine or craft beer.
At The Wedge, Tasters get the chance to sample award-winning cheeses and beverages that can set the bar for upcoming holiday gatherings.
