Bethesda Green Luncheon Speaker Series: HOW A CLEAR VIEW OF YOUR COMPETITION CAN INCREASE THE VALUE OF YOUR COMPANY
SPEAKER: PETER ETTINGER, MIDATLANTIC MICROBIALS
What is it about your company that makes it truly different in what is typically a crowded marketplace? Where does your preconceived notion of the value and benefits of your product actually effect your ability to do business, to drive revenue?
It is common knowledge that one of the most important aspects of a business presentation or just doing business is the competitive matrix. As a founder, though, one typically uses this exercise to show the uniqueness of one's product, proving the "one of a kind" matrix. But this approach generally ignores the equally important lessons to be gleaned from one's competitors. Learning how their presence in the market drives sales can be the difference between a win and a loss, funding or failure.
This lunch and learn is geared to providing some perspective about your business and your road forward where knowing your competition can add to the bottom line.
