Sam and Charmin at the Croatian Hall
Join jazz duo Charmin Michelle (vocals) and Sam Miltich (guitar) for an intimate, downhome gathering at The Croatian Hall in South Saint Paul. Accompanied by legendary jazz saxophonist Dave Karr, drummer Nathan Norman, and bassist Matthew Miltich, the two will perform their favorite swing tunes.
Soulful, honest, and innovative, Michelle's voice beautifully channels the legends that came before her, notably: Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, and Nina Simone. Miltich is at once delicate and ferocious, intimate and ornate, as he moves across the strings with grace and easetruly one with the guitar.
Guests will enjoy traditional Croatian food, a full bar, and dancing. Tickets will go fast, so be sure to purchase in advance. Price of online tickets for the music event does not include food or drink, which can be purchased at the show.
