Clarence the Cannibal is a rock operetta about a young man in New York City addicted to heroin and human flesh on a quest to eat Bill O'Reily. Filled with shredding electric guitars, flesh-ripping teeth, and enough cocaine and heroin to take down Axel Rose; there is never a dull moment.
