Join Mike Patrick as we explore endangered recipes and traditional foodways. We'll discuss the history of various grains, their qualities, and what we should do moving forward to ensure this treasure remains part of our cultural and culinary heritage.
Join us for our Slow Food for Thought event local artisanal food shop Storico Fresco Pasta. Members can attend for only $5 a person to cover some sips and snacks while we talk. Not a member?
