NYC Honey Week: Build a Hive Super + Learn Sustainable Beekeeping Techniques
Local Roots NYC presents a special NYC HONEY WEEK interactive workshop; participants will build a hive's supers and Local Roots CSA Beekeeper Andy Kurosz from Sweet Things Wild Thyme and Honey will discuss techniques he uses to be a sustainable bee keeper. Afterwards, swing by the Fulton Stall Farmers Market to purchase Andy's natural honey, propolis, and bee pollen! Because this is a hands on workshop, there will be space for 30 participants.
