MUSICA Entertainment is proud to present Columbia City Halloween Kids Festival 07. Hosted by Kimmie Sanders as the "Cat In The Hat," this event focuses on literacy, health, education and safety of children birth through 8. Several studies show that music helps focus attention and provides a motivating environment for learning. When children develop musical skills and understanding, they are developing basic cognitive, social and motor skills necessary for success throughout the educational process. As young children grow and develop, music continues as a basic medium, not only of communication, but of self expression as well. Music also expands memory and assists in developing crucial language skills.
Through all of our youth events we reinforce the role of parents as their childs first and most important teachers. MUSICA Entertainment, LLC is committed to:
* Supplementing public & community based education and career development programs * Adding excitement to education encouraging children that learning is fun! * Giving children from the local community a place to display their talents in the performing arts * Providing a relaxed, safe, and fun environment for parents and children to interact through music.
