Fascinations
EnCorps Arts, a collaborative group formed by The Robert Ivey Ballet, The Youth Orchestra of the Lowcountry (YOLOW), and the Charleston Art (chART) Outdoor Initiative are joining forces to create Fascinations, a full-length multidisciplinary arts performance.
The mission of enCorps Arts is to create a unique multisensory art experience for diverse audiences.
What's the scoop? 7 custom choreographed dances and 7 original murals, all inspired by 7 classical scores that will be played by aspiring young musicians.
Robert Ivey Ballet dancers will perform to live orchestral arrangements played by YOLOW. Each scene will be set to backdrops of 9' x 12' fabric mural artworks created by chARTists. Each chARTist was specifically matched with each song based on their style and unique perspectives.
Student and Senior Discount Tickets may be purchased at the box office, with valid student ID, the day of the event.
