March is Cabaret Month 2012 - March 10, 7PM
Pacific Northwest Cabaret Association is proud to present the 5th annual "March is Cabaret Month" celebration. PNWCA is composed of various performers dedicated to the American Style cabaret form. The American style cabaret form first began in the speak easies of New York and had it's heyday in the 1950's until the early 1970's where cabaret luminaries like Barbra Streisand, Beth Midler, Woody Allen and Joan Rivers, to name a few, were "discovered" by the mainstream audience.
The American style cabaret form distinguishes itself from other cabaret forms by its minimalistic style of delivery; it's primary, but not exclusive, focus on the American songbook; and the breaking of the "fourth wall' thus giving its audience a more intimate musical experience.
Featured performers are:
March 3 at 7PM: Arnaldo! Drag chanteuse and Cheryl Serio with musical director, Victor Janusz
March 3 at 9PM: Judy Ann Moulton, Kim Maguire and Marcus Wolland with musical director, Victor Janusz
March 10 at 7PM: Ter Gallagher and Jerome Elliott with musical director, Daryl Spadaccini
March 10 at 9PM: Jeannette d'Armand and Arnaldo Inocentes with musical director, Daryl Spadaccini
$15 + 2 drink min per show
Special package price for two shows (not tickets) or more at $13 per show + 2 drink min.

Pacific Northwest Cabaret Association is a group of independent performers whose goal is to promote PNW cabaret performers and venues by cultivating and expanding a cabaret audience.
Egan's is an all ages venue until 11PM.
