On Tuesday, Jan. 24, 2012, the Grindhouse Film Festival will be screening two insane Hong Kong films that should not be missed. First up is Yuen Woo-ping's DRUNKEN TAI CHI (1984) with a young Donnie Yen and the Yuen Clan performing some amazing martial arts/acrobatics combined with ridiculous comedy. Following this will be the completely batshit crazy horror/action/sex Category III film THE ETERNAL EVIL OF ASIA (1995) from producer Wong Jing. Classic Hong Kong cinema on 35mm, in original Cantonese with English subtitles.
************************************************************
This is a double feature: your ticket admits you to BOTH films!
The box office opens approx. 15 minutes before the first film and then re-opens shortly before the second film for those who wish to only see the second film.
If you wish to only see the second film and purchased ticket(s) through Brown Paper Tickets, you will be able to claim your ticket(s) to the second film about 10 minutes before the second film starts.
