Synopsis

Winner of the 2001 Pultizer and Tony for Best Play, Proof explores the life of 24 year old Catherine, who, after caring for her mentally ill, genius mathematician father, must now find herself. We discover, through a mysterious notebook, that she is a mathematical genius in her own right but, we are left to wonder if she has also inherited her father's madness.
