Living Liquid - Fermented Beverages
Naturally cultured and fermented beverages are not only a simple way to incorporate more fermented foods into your family's diet, they are often quite easy to make. This all-day workshop will cover the history and science of fermenting liquids for human consumption. Guest speakers will be bringing their experiences and tips to the table.
Participants will come away with:
An understanding of the process for brewing beers and ciders, fermenting wines, kombuchas, kefirs, and traditional sodas.
Live cultures to take home
We will be sampling beverages [;;non-alcoholic only];; during the class.
