Presented by The Bell Museum of Natural History Cafe Scientifique is a happy hour forum for science and culture hosted by the University of Minnesotas Bell Museum of Natural History. Each month, experts from a variety of fields present cutting-edge research on diverse scientific topicsfrom the ethics of medical testing, to green living and the natural environment. This months topic: Synthetic Biology Marc Riedel, Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Minnesota will discuss his research, which uses computational models and methods inspired by biological systems.
