NEW DATE! Gordon Michaels presents You Better Think About the Boys!
"You Better THINK About The BOYS"  (A Tribute to Aretha Franklin) - Gordon Michaels & Friends pay tribute to Aretha. THINK was one of Ms. Franklin's biggest hits. Most people are use to hearing her music performed by women. In this concert,  3 men will be singing her music. Yes, I said 3 men who will be putting a new spin on the Queen of Soul's music. With some songs you all know and a few you may not have known she actually recorded. Come out and take a dance down memory lane with us. Special guest artist Jeff Workman from Ohio & Jason Prokowiew of Boston will be joining Mr. Michaels. The talented Michael Larson on keyboards. For more information on Mr. Michaels and a taste of what he can do, check out his website at: http://www.gordonmichaelsproductions.com

Well, it's a new year and I am off and running. My concert series at the  Arts At The Armory in Somerville, MA starts this month and will run for 4 months. There is one concert a month and is scheduled the last Thursday of each month from Jan- April. Each show will be vastly different and will feature a special guest. I am very excited about being the Artist in Residence and performing this series at this venue. Seating is very intimate and limited, maximum seating 55 people.  Please don't wait to the last minute to purchase your tickets. The tickets are only $20.00 per show. You can also purchase tickets for the entire series which would save you $10.00 making the cost for all shows only $70.00 . The doors open at 7:00 pm, all concerts start promptly  at 7:30 pm.  The length of each show is 90 minutes including a short intermission. The shows are performed in the Armory Cafe which offers light fare, wine and soft drinks.  See the Concert descriptions below and the attached flyer for the first show. I can't wait to see those of you who purchase tickets for the start of this 2012 concert series . I wish a blessed year for everyone.
