Welcome Chef Miguel and join us at our fifth in a series of seasonal dinners featuring our favorite farmers, ranchers and fisherman and their wonderful food.
This fall we are thrilled to showcase the glorious produce of Be Wise Ranch, Cyclops Farm, meat from Taj Farm and local, sustainable fish from Catalina Offshore Products, with beverage pairings of Golden Coast Mead.
5:30 - 6:30 Farmer Facetime Cocktail Hour includes farmer/fisherman/producer meet and greet, signature cocktails and family style charcuterie and appetizers.
6:45 - Chef Miguel's four course tribute to the work that our farmers do. With pairings of local mead and narration by farmers, fisherman, mead makers and chef.
