8 Weeks of class and a Sketch Show
Saturdays 2-5pm
Starting March 2nd, 2019

This class will focus on grounded, 2 person, single location, improvised scenes to mine premises and create sketches. Taught by BETA's Founder, Jeromy Barber, we will work create and develop a fully produced sketch show. Many sections of the class will be taped.

If you've ever wanted to take your improv skills and create work to perform repeatedly, this class is for you. It's the heart of what BETA is all about.

All development, scripting, casting, and rehearsal will occur during class. All material for the class and show will be created in the class utilizing improv and table writing sessions. There's no need to come to class with already written material. No homework required.

The class develops content from week to week, so absences are highly discouraged, and repeated absences may lead to being dropped from the class without refund.

Anyone who has completed any Level 1 Improv class anywhere is welcome to register. All sketches will be produced for the stage, and at the teacher's discretion, some will be considered to be produced and presented on video.

**Due to the collaborative nature of the development process, all completed content will be owned exclusively by BETA Theater**
