Dinnerfix January 10, 2012
After a short hiatus, Dinnerfix is back with a vengeance. Culturefix is thrilled to partner with Chef Damon Cohen for our first Dinnerfix of the new year. This months theme, 'Not Kosher, an Alaskan Jew Lands in NY' explores the challenges of a Jew in Alaska, and a Chef spoiled by the abundance of Alaska, relocated to NYC. The 7 course tasting menu will feature some Alaskan specialities and traditional jewish flavorings and techniques... $75 for 7 courses... Menu: Oysters, pickled celery, mustard seed gastric
