Cayuga Chamber Orchestra: Orchestral Series Concert #4
Originally from Buffalo, NY, David Handel is the Principal Guest Conductor for Moscow City Symphony-Russian Philharmonic and has degrees from the University of Michigan. He'll be joined by violinist Geoffrey Herd, another NY native, who will present the dazzling Concerto No. 3 by Saint-Saëns. Our 39th Season will conclude with the majestic "Reformation" Symphony by Mendelssohn.
All ticket-holders are invited to the free pre-concert chat at 6:45pm for a chance to learn more about the evening's program, while also getting to know our guest conductor and final candidate for the position of music director. Plus, we invite you to join the fun at the annual Silent Auction Benefit which will begin at 6:00pm.
