Kaabilo: Stage Combat: Swashbuckling Single Sword
Some of the most iconic fighting movies and characters of all time have been centered around the Adventurous, Swashbuckling style. Whether it be the Musketeers, Zorro, Robin Hood, or Westley and Inigo in the Princess Bride, the style of Swashbuckling remains forever popular. Join us as we take a beginners look at this fun and bawdy style of stage combat with its most frequent of weapons, the Single Sword. Learn the skills that the pros learn with this high-paced, fast moving class aimed at teaching the basics of the technique and style of the famous Swashbucklers. This class is led by Rick Olson of EDGE Theatre.
Instructor Information: For nearly a decade E.D.G.E. Youth theatre has lead the way with dynamic classes driven by story. Its instructors are highly trained and offtimes highly energetic. Class cost per student: $150 for one participant, 250.00 for two from the same family or $325 for three from the same family
Supply fee: $10.00 prop fee due on first day
