Joe Gallant/Amanda Gervasi
The 25 year old singer/guitarist has been described as "smooth" and an "earnest songwriter" by Dispatch Magazine and been compared to the likes of John Mayer, Dave Matthews and Jason Mraz.
Gallant has shared stages with acclaimed acts including the The Mallett Brothers Band, Zach Jones, Marion Grace, Eric Bettencourt and Amanda Gervasi.
Drawing influence from a variance in artists from Eric Clapton, to Robert Cray, to Jack White, to D'Angelo, Gallant delivers a "full-bodied whisper of a voice" (Sam Pfeifle, Portland Phoenix) paired with a strikingly hopeful tone to his guitars.
Gallant's debut EP, "My Own Divide", released on October 28, 2011 and is now available at Bull Moose locations.

Maine-grown artist Amanda Gervasi's insightful lyrics and intensity on-stage bring an audience to close attention while encouraging a look into themselves. With a folk-rock, roots and blues appreciation, her songs reveal a comfortable blend of her influences and originality. Amanda first drew inspiration from pre-international performer Ray Lamontagne, citing a 2004 State Theater show as one that sparked a "switching of the life-plan gears." After a few years of traveling and sampling university (for good measure), she made the decision move to Portland and begin the musical pursuit of happiness. Within a short year, Amanda had a slew of reputable shows under her belt, performing shows at Port City Music Hall, SPACE, The Big Easy, Empire Dine and Dance, Blue, Slainte and Northstar Music Café among others. Amanda Gervasi's debut, "Merry the Ghost," defines itself as an album that explores the fine-line between love and insanity while allowing the listener an inside view of a passionate artist who has something to say.
