Kelly Park Trio - An Evening of Jazz & Love Songs
With Kathy's vocals at the helm of the Kelly Park Trio, the ensemble encompasses the basics of classic jazz improvisation. The music of this dynamic trio veers in a variety of vibrant directions, but always returns to the strong melody lines that ensnare the listener. Kathy Moehring will be singing love songs (and not so love songs) from the Great American songbook, Broadway and her teenage angst years. Music that makes you feel good as it tells stories about life and love...

Kelly is a professional pianist, drummer, arranger, and composer. His background is mainly in the jazz and popular music field, with a Bachelor's of Music in Jazz Composition and Arranging from the Berklee College of Music in Boston, where he was also a faculty member, teaching harmony, theory, and arranging. Kelly is a music producer and many of the albums he has produced (and arranged or played on) can be viewed on his "Discography". Kelly works as a Musical Director for singers, notable Shawn Ryan Russ Lorenson, and is currently the "House Musical Director" for the Rrazz Room. Kelly was the Musical Director for the Rrazz Room Anniversary show on March 17, 2009 which included such notables as Rita Moreno, Sally Kellerman, Petula Clark, and Paula West.

Kathy Moehring studied theater in her hometown of New York City and performed on many stages off Broadway to off-off-off Broadway. Kathy was a regularly featured performer at Alameda's former jazz club  Kelly's on Park, sang in many community events and entertained audiences at numerous venues in the Bay Area, including: The Empire Plush Room, Forli's, Club Paradiso, The Woodminster Theatre, Theatre Rhinoceros, American Cancer Society at Golden Gate Park, Weddings (and funerals).
