RPM: Revolutions Per Minute - RHINOFEST 2012
Written by Arwen Mitchell Directed by Kaitlen Osburn
It is the 60's, and a time of revolution, cultural upheaval, and questioning. Three young people, seeming comrades and folk devotees, gather to practice for their upcoming gig. It seems like a typical practice, wherein they follow their standard format of refining their skills, honing their set, and remembering the issues at hand, until external and internal sources threaten not only their inner selves, but the group as a whole. The underlying question throughout the play could easily be, is this group the seminal Peter, Paul, and Mary, or merely wannabees?
Featuring Brittny Congleton, Rob Speer, and James Manno Designers: Kaitlen Osburn, Arwen Mitchell, Phillip Denofrio, and Meghan Speer
