Comedians of New York for Afghan Women Writers Prose Event
Female comedians perform pieces written by women in Afghanistan, as part of the Afghan Women's Writing Project, in co-production with Magic Futurebox. All proceeds go towards supporting AWWP and its women writers in Afghanistan.
This Prose event is an exciting chance to be in the moment of storytelling. Staged as a storytelling circle, you are surrounded by the performers as they bring you into their reality.
Be transported to Afghanistan for two hours in this intimate experience.
Tickets for this event are very limited due to the nature of the staging.
A small reception and Q & A will follow the performance.
