Dance Workshop with Khecari

This workshop cultivates methods of noticing and responding to internal and environmental stimuli in movement. Through engaging lulling cycles of repetition and activating unconscious, reflexive response, new movement choices are invited, savored, and digested. The process is derived from contemporary dance, improvisation, and the somatic approach Body-Mind Centering. The workshop is geared towards those with comfort in movement improvisation.
