FEATURE STAR:
Best known for her portrayal of Winnie Cooper on the hit television show The Wonder Years, McKellar made headlines when she returned to primetime television in Fall 2002 with a recurring role as Elsie Snuffin on the Emmy-Award winning series The West Wing. Additional television guest-starring roles include starring in the feature length films Sci-Fi Channels, Path of Destruction, the CBS hit show How I Met Your Mother, Lifetimes Strong Medicine, the series finale of the award-winning NYPD Blue, the critically-acclaimed NCIS and Jack and Bobby.
McKellar has also added writer, producer, and co-director to her credits. Her most recent short film, Broken, was featured in the Palm Springs Short Film Festival, The Westwood International Film Festival, and The California Independent Film Festival. In 2001 her first short film, speechless, garnered McKellar with the Best First Time Director award at the Hollywood Underground Film Festival.
Math, passion of McKellars, has her venturing into the publishing world with her book MATH DOESNT SUCK for Hudson Street Press available in 2007. This ground breaking book uses hip and entertaining examples to teach middle-school girls and their parents how to master many of the tough concepts that are introduced in middle school the time when young girls begin to shy away from math.
