The Cuddle Sanctuary workshop is a guided social experience that includes a welcome circle, easy relaxation activities, communication exercises and a description of cuddle etiquette. The event culminates in a voluntary "cuddle lab." Touch is always consensual and never a requirement to participate.

SCHEDULE

7:45 Registration begins. Note: doors close at 8:15pm. Please be sure to leave yourself lots of time to arrive and park so you won't be on the wrong side of the door. Sorry, no refunds for latecomers.)

8:15PM Opening circle, relaxation activities, communication exercises, cuddle etiquette, voluntary cuddle lab

10:20 PM Closing circle

WHAT TO WEAR? Dress in clothes that are conducive to snuggling. Soft, cozy pajamas, cotton t-shirts, sweatpants, leggings are all welcome. Feel free to change clothes when you arrive. Hygiene is important at cuddles - be squeaky clean and minty fresh - it's easier to get close that way! (Note: come free of perfumes, colognes and cigarette smoke. Some of us have sensitive noses - thanks!)

WHAT TO BRING? Bring pillows, blankets, comforters and/or sleeping bags. We're going to transform a studio with hardwood floors into a cuddle haven. You are welcome to bring healthy snack or drink to share. (No alcohol please.)

ABOUT FEI: Fei is a cuddle bug who believes in the healing power of unconditional love and nurturing, affectionate touch. Her favorite thing about cuddling is how it peels down the layers, enabling humans to connect with their inner selves and each another in the most authentic way. Being in a touch-positive environment is a part of her wellness practice. She relishes in creating these safe spaces to share with the community and the world. She also facilitates Cuddle Sanctuary Private Sessions.

To find the Love Dome, look for the "Photo Studio" blinky sign. Also, the store "Out of the Closet" is just a few doors south of the Love Dome.) It's a yellow building that is NOT dome shaped!
