Season Pass for 2015-2016 Centennial NIGHT BEAT
BMC NIGHT BEAT series highlights year-long Centennial festivities with evening concerts, from September 2015 until June 2016. As the BMC enters its 100th consecutive season, several multiple-award-winning alumni return to Bellingham, and are joined by local favorites and exceptionally talented musicians. Be sure to hear:
10 Sept: Susan Tang, piano (BMC awards in 1997 and 1998) 8 Oct. and 24 Oct.: A Swell Party with Cole Porter (Pick a date after entering your payment and contact info) 3 Dec.: Jeremy Berry, viola (BMC awards in 2001, 02, 03) 7 April: WWU Award Winners and Western Treasures 5 May: Jeremy Deschane, piano (BMC Awards 2001-2004) 2 June: Katherine Copland, soprano.
Individual tickets for these concerts will be on sale one month in advance at $15 each. The NEW Night Beat Season pass allows you to get 6 concerts of the price of 4. You save by getting the subscription and you are sure to get in!
While the Cole Porter show is not recommended for children under 14, teens are most welcome to attend all other Night Beats for free with a paying adult.
Mark you calendar: World-renowned bassoonist Martin Kuuskmann will make a special appearance at a benefit concert on Thursday, Nov. 5. This Night Beat is a fundraiser for the BMC Student Awards. $20 (not included in season pass; no free teen for this event).
