Bookbinding for Beginners
This workshop will cover all the basics of bookbinding, including basic materials, paper choices and tools. Participants will learn proper techniques for folding, glueing and sewing paper, variations of book covers and using alternative materials. Each student will leave with a few model book structures, one finished book and a basic tool kit (awl, bone folder, small spool of linen thread and a binding needle).
$150, all materials provided, participants receive a basic tool kit to take with them
