Tubaluba is at the muse New Years Eve to cure this travesty of funklessness. A New Orleans 2nd Line band based out of Seattle, WA, Tubaluba is just the grease you need to shake what yo mama gave ya. Tubaluba brings vocals, piano, drums, and a mess of horns to the party, serving up New Orleans classics with second line-ified R&B tunes and booty-shaking originals. Funk yeah! Tubaluba influences: Rebirth Brass band, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Mama Digdown's Brass Band, bourbon, hot sauce, sweet potato pie.

The Friendly Lions are "the most local show the Conway Muse can offer". A young duo raised in Conway from their early years reflect the ways of the land, love, and soulful realization in their harmonic folk music. A distinct blend of male/female singing and intricate guitar lines follow the tide of the new northwest era of music and paint a picture of the soul from which their original songs come. On the scene in the Skagit Valley since early this year, the Lions have been able to reach the hearts of many.
