Kris Youmans has always been influenced by the southern charm & coastal life of Savannah, Ga, where she was born & raised , and now draws inspiration for her original music from living in Northwest Georgia. The infusion of western swing, & americana into the traditional country sound that she already loved, has helped to form a niche among her local & regional listeners. The Kris Youmans Band is made up of Barefoot Slim on pedal steel, David Puett on guitar, Patrick Thompson on bass, proving once again that there is a love of traditional & western counTRY AND THE MUSICIANS THAT PLAY IT.
