Saint Agnes, Satsangi and The Hungry Ghosts
Ok, let's make no bones about this, we're gonna rock your socks off!
Saint Agnes
Saint Agnes combine the brooding intensity of Nick Cave dueting with Lana Del Ray on a murder ballad with unhinged, blues rock n roll reminiscent of Jack White/Alison Mosshart at their deadliest: a soundtrack fit for a Tarantino Western.
Co-fronted by singer/guitarist/organist Kitty Austen and singer/guitarist Jon Tufnell, Saint Agnes released two singles via Energy Snake Records (Vuvuvultures, RIDDLES) They had a successful tour this summer with Bad for Lazarus, played Secret Garden Party and, working from their vast wealth of demos, heading into the studio to record their next release. The band's booking agent Interstellar Overdrive (The Dandy Warhols, The Warlocks, The Black Ryder) are lining up dates to support the forthcoming release.

The Telegraph
This is Tarantino/Lynch style, warped, twisted psychedelic, Western inspired music that at moment rocks hard, heavy and Southern, and then the next drifts off into the desert, dazed by the scorching sun, dehydration, hallucinations and talking snakes territory. Louder Than War

THE HUNGRY GHOSTS
https://soundcloud.com/the-hungry-ghosts https://www.facebook.com/the.hungry.ghosts
The Hungry Ghosts are from Birmingham. They make garage blues and trash folk, music from the other side of the fence.
This is how The Hungry Ghosts have been described
"Local heroes The Hungry Ghosts took things deep into swampy and dark electric beatnik territory, all Bringing It All Back Home-era electric Bob Dylan meets White Stripes southern discomfort Americana. Ecstatically loud and swaggering, with lyrical content that would stand brooding comfortably on its own on the printed page, this was heady stuff. Ones to seriously watch. Boot lace ties and all." - DB Schenker, Louder Than War (louderthanwar.com/frank-turner-death-or-glory)
And with Ola's Kool Kitchen on DJ duties before, between and after, this will be very special!
