Wisdom Dances Autumn Retreat: Roots, Ease, Creativity & Joy

Feeling grounded in your soul makes it so much easier to navigate whatever comes your way each day. When you know your own beauty and truth in every cell of your body, your power is unshakable. I invite you to connect with the wisdom of your body and creative spirit in this half day retreat. Our time will be a mixture of ritual, meditation, community dancing, qigong practice, journaling, appreciating our natural setting, and gathering around the campfire. No experience is necessary and everyBODY welcome.

Bouzoukist Greg Herriges will be sharing with us his music for meditation and dancing. His gentle, sparkling presence will invite all of us to attune even more deeply to ourselves and the moment.

Tentative schedule for the retreat:

2:30 Gathering and connecting with meditation, movement, music and creativity

4:00 Mindfulness practice in nature

5:00 Shared meal

5:45 Reflection and integration

6:30 Closing ceremony around the campfire with meditation, music, and movement

7:30 Farewell (unless choosing to camp overnight)
